These modules addressed the practical and strategic needs of low-income women by strengthening their basic business and people management skills. In addition, it supported women to develop their personal entrepreneurial traits and obtain support through groups, networks and develop their business plans.
Up to 70 candidates participate on the 10 days training program. At the end of the training program the trainees have completed their business plans. The candidates will be offered an opportunity to present their Business plans before the committee made of members of the MLSW, TEB Bank and GIZ. Fifteen (15) best appraised business plans and graduates will be selected and supported with a matching fund from the MLSW.
